CANCELATION POLICY

Hotel Katarina in any moment reserves the right to change the reservation or description of services at any time in the event of circumstances which are beyond our control and which could not be predicted, avoided or postponed. In case if guest wish to  change or cancel reservation that is made at his/her request it has to be done in written way (e-mail or fax):

• If reservation is cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival there is no cancellation fee
• If reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior arrival, cancellation fee is 30% of price for one night
• If reservation is no show or cancelled on day of arrival, cancellation fee is price for one night

If Your arrival is after 18:00 please notify us promptly.

RESERVATIONS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

Enquiries and reservations can be done through our web page, by post, by e-mail,by  fax, by phone or in person at our reception. In reserving accommodation through  web page, the guest confirms acceptance of these General  Terms in their entirety.

Reservation is valid if guest payed deposit of 30% of price for one night or if guest provided us with valid credit card number with expiry date as a guarantee for reservation.

If deposit is payed then the difference is payable at our reception before departure of guest.

Reservation can be confirmed on line, by mail or by fax. Confirmation of reservation must be presented at the reception upon check in.

Payment for the reservation can be made:

In Croatia – by deposit to the account of hotel Katarina.

You will need following informations so that payment can be done properly:

payer: name and surname of person named in the reservation, together with address of residence

purpose of payment: hotel reservation (write  number of offer )

payee: Hotel Katarina, Matice hrvatske 4, 21204 Dugopolje

amount in kuna: enter the amount as per the offer/pro-forma invoice received

account number: 2340009-1110393093

Outside Croatia - by payment via bank transfer to the hotel Katarina account

You will need following informations so that payment can be done properly:

payer: name and surname of person named in the reservation, together with address of residence

purpose of payment: hotel reservation (write  number of offer )

amount : enter the amount as per the offer/pro-forma invoice received

Upon receipt of the deposit for reservation,  hotel Katarina will send you confirmation of the reservation. Notification/confirmation of the reservation must be presented at the reception on arrival at the hotel.
